16 any vegetarian kind of frozen pierogis
1 1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup Philadelphia cream cheese
1 garlic cloves
chopped green onion
vegan coconut “bacon “( optional)
Put the pierogis in the boiling water and cook them for 2-3 minutes. Drained them. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly spray 13×9 baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Arrange pierogis in dish. In a mixing bowl , mix sour cream, mozzarella, cream cheese , egg, garlic clove, salt and pepper. Pour cheese mixture evenly over pierogis. Bake 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly .
Garnish cooked dish with vegan coconut ” bacon ” & chopped green onions.
