Buckweat Noodle with Kale and Basil Pesto

Ingredients for Pesto:

1 cup olive oil

1 cup grated Parmesan  cheese

3 garlic cloves

2 cup fresh basil leaves

2 cup fresh kale leaves

3 tbsp pine nuts

1/4 tsp salt

pinch of black pepper

Place  all ingredients into the blender, and blend until desired  consistency is  reached.


For the Pasta:

300 gr  buckweat noodle

extra Parmesan  cheese

    Where can we buy buckwheat pasta?

      I bought at the asian food store ,but you can find it any big supermarket,mostly in the asian sections.
