Indeed, last night’s cold pizza makes for a mighty fine breakfast today.

Have you ever had pizza for breakfast? There are a couple of ways to do it. Yesterday I made the cold way, the leftover way — pizza straight from the fridge, cold and chewy, with cheese slipping off sideways. This is not a breakfast to be underestimated. Make it for breakfast I complete with gooey egg on top,some green onion and radish.
- 1 medium leftover pizza ( any kind)
- 6 large eggs
- 6 green onion ( chopped )
- 6 radish slice into half
- fresh basil
- You can use your pizza as cold or reheat a little in the oven. Make a fried eggs whether you prefer them over easy or sunny-side up. Put on the warm pizza and serve with sliced green onion and radish and fresh basil.
