Easy Cinnamon Roll Cake is absolute perfection. It’s simple to make, crazy delicious loaded with cinnamon , walnuts and covered in sweet icing. The Cake gives you all the classic cinnamon roll flavors with minimal work and time! Everyone loves the fluffy texture.  New favorite that the whole family will love!

  1. CAKE
  2. 3 cups All-Purpose Flour
  3. ¼ teaspoon Salt
  4. 1 cup Sugar
  5. 4 teaspoons Baking Powder
  6. 1½ cups Milk
  7. 2 Eggs
  8. 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  9. ½ cup (1 stick) Butter, melted
  11. 1 cup ( 2 sticks) Butter, softened
  12. 1 cup Brown Sugar
  13. 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
  14. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  15. GLAZE
  16. 1 cups Powdered Sugar
  17. 3 Tablespoons Milk
  18. 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F°. Spray a 9×13-inch glass baking pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. In an electric stand mixer add the flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, milk, eggs, and vanilla. Once combined, slowly stir in the melted butter. Pour mixture into the prepared 9×13 baking pan.
  3. For topping, In a large bowl mix the 2 sticks of butter, brown sugar, walnuts and cinnamon together until well combined and creamy. Drop evenly over the batter by the tablespoonfuls and use a knife to marble/swirl through the cake.
  4. Bake for 28-32 minutes or when a toothpick inserted near the center comes out nearly clean.
  5. FOR GLAZE: In a medium bowl, mix the powdered sugar, milk and vanilla together with a whisk. Drizzle evenly over the warm cake. Serve warm or at room temperature.
  1. The recipe has an option to add nuts with the butter cinnamon brown sugar mixture. You can add chopped pecans or even walnuts for an even better cake!

    Just like fresh baked cinnamon rolls, I think this cake is best enjoyed the same day it s baked. The soft texture will dry out the longer it sits.

    It’s definitely best serve warm, but the next day is still soft and light.
