Flat Bread with Caramelized Onion, Arugula and Goat Cheese

Ingredients for Caramelized Onion:

4 tablespoons butter

1 tbsp of  brown sugar

2 large yellow onions, thinly sliced

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Salt, Pepper

Directions For Caramelized Onion :

Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and toss to coat with butter. Cover and slowly cook onions, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until a golden color is reached. Add sugar and balsamic vinegar  and turn heat up to medium high and begin to brown the onions, stirring constantly about 10 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Ingredients for  Flat Bread:

2 medium flat bread

1 cup caramelized onion

2 cup aragula

1 cup crumble goat cheese

1/4 cup olive

1/2 cup roasted tomato

Warn up the  flat breads .Scatter the onions   evenly over each flat breads.Top each some of the aragula,rosted tomato,olive and  crumble some goat cheese. Serve  warm.
