Hungarian Rice Pudding

1 cup rice ( arborio)
1 2/3 cup milk
1 2/3 cup water
4 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs, divided
lemon zest
1 stick of butter


Boil rice in water and milk mixture until tender, let it cool down.

Beat egg yolks with sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon zest, and the butter until it is creamy.

Beat egg whites.

Combine  rice and egg yolk mixture and add  to the egg whites.Mix well.

Grease and flour a  decorative 10 cup Bundt pan,and  spoon the batter into the pan.Bake  on 375 F  until the cake begins to pull away from the sides os the pan ,about  35-40 minutes.Let the cake cool upright in the pan  for 15 minutes.

Serve with  fresh fruit and   vanilla cream .
