Layered Potato with Mushrooms
6 large potato
1 large onion chopped
10 medium size mushrooms sliced
400 ml sour creme
little butter for greasing the pan
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
salt , pepper
3 tbsp olive oil
Washed the potatoes and a lightly salted water cook for l0 minutes. Once cooked, the water is poured off, cooling the potatoes, then peeled and slice to thin rings. Meanwhile cook the eggs, about for 8 minutes, then cooling in cold water and slice .
Sliced the mushrooms. I cut the onion into small cubes. Heated the oil in the pan and add the onion and cook until tender. Add to the mushrooms, salt , pepper, let the juice evaporated. Greased the oven safe dish with a little butter and start layered the ingredients.
Chopping parsley a little sour cream, and I add a pinch of salt. Each layer do a little of it, and the top is larger quantities.Sprinkle the top with grated cheese.
Bake in the convection oven at 350 F , about 30 minutes to 40 minutes.
