Paloc Soup ( my version )

Ingredients :

2 Tbsp vegetable oil

1 medium  onion ( diced )

1/2 kg  green beans

2 large potato  cut little cubes

1 bell pepper ( any variety )

1 large tomato  ( diced )

1 teaspoon  carraway seed

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

2 bay leaves

1 tablespoon of  smoked paprika

4 garlic cloves

1/4 cup fresh  dill leaves

1 1/2 liter  vegetable  stock

3/4 cup  PearlHarvest  Couscous

 

Method:

Dice the onion into very small cubes.In a pot with little oil braise the onion add the finely chopped garlic, spices, paprika and salt and fry them a few minutes in the oil. Add the potatoes, green beans, tomato, pepper and a vegetable  stock.Cook until everything  is almost done, approximately 5-7 minutes. Finally add the couscous and  cook a soup for another  3 minutes. When is ready sprinkle it with finely chopped dill.
