Smoky Vegetarian Chicken Breast with French Fries

4 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp. cumin powder
2 tsp. Spanish smoked paprika
1 tsp. dried oregano
2 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
4 vegetarian  chicken breast
8 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
2 large onion ,thinly sliced

1 1/2 lb. ready to make frozen  french fries



Preheat an oven to 425°F. Lightly oil a roasting pan.Roast the potatoes untill it’s ready. In a small bowl, stir together the cumin, paprika, oregano,  salt and the pepper. Place the pan on the stovetop over medium heat and pour in the olive oil. Add the garlic , onion and sauté until the garlic has softened but not browned, about 5 minutes. Stir in the mix spices, sliced vegetarian chicken breast and cooking another 10 minutes.When it is ready pour into the french fries and mix  untill  combined.Serve  hot.
