Spring Stuffed Zucchini

3 zucchini

1 large onion  minced

1 cup ground soya  ( any kind )

1 1/2 cup cooked rice

3 Tbsp oil


1 Tbsp fresh  thyme

For sour cream mixture:

2 cup  sour cream

2 eggs

1 bunch dill finaly chopped

salt, pepper  for taste




In the  hot oil  sautéed the  onion, add the ground soya, cooked rice  and the thyme. Season with salt, pepper. Cook for  5 minutes.

Wash the zucchini , cut off the ends do not need to peel, because the more tender crust. Cut lengthwise in half and hollowed out the interior. Season with salt  and pepper.Oil  a baking dish and put in  a hollowed-out zucchini  pieces.

Stuffed each zucchini with  the  filling mixture and spear the sour cream mixture on top .

Bake  on 370 F  for 20 minutes, until when  the top start to be brown.
