1 pizza dough
3 tbsp pizza sauce
3 cup grated cheese ( I used pecorino and mozzarella)
1 each yellow,red, orange pepper
1 vidala onion
1 cup sliced mushroom
Preheat an oven 400 F.
Start out by spreading your pizza dough out into a rectangle on a baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce over most of the dough, leaving a 3 inch border. Sprinkle the cheese half over top of the sauce. Lay vegetable slices over the cheese. Sprinkle the last of the cheese over top of the vegetables. Crack an egg into a bowl and whisk it up. Now brush that edge with it.Roll that dough up as tight as you can! You want to end up with that strip of plain dough on the bottom of this whole stromboli. Brush this with egg,cut slats in the top, and sprinkle with cheese and oregano.
Bake this for 15-20 minutes or until it looks golden and bubbly.
