Stuffed Kohlrabi

Light , delicate,springtime flavor. 


4 tender kohlrabi head

approx. 150 g   soya ground

100 g  feta cheese

3 tablespoons rice

1 egg,

half onion grated

salt ,pepper

a liter of vegetable  stock

1 cup sour cream

1 tablespoons  rice flour


the tender leaves of the few pieces of kohlrabi , well washed, cut into noodles


Peel the kolhrabi heads, hollowed out inside. Filled  the  kohlrabi basket  with the soya ground, feta  cheese, grated onion, rice, egg ,salt, black pepper mixture.Put in the pan a filled kohlrabi head, hollowed out kohlrabi chips,  put next to the tender kohlrabi leaves, pour  some vegetables  stock  and cook. When cooked, remove from the heat and thicken with flour sour cream.
