Summer Cherry Tomato Salad

Ingredients:

2 cup arugula leaves

2 cup  cherry  tomatos sliced in half

1/2 red onion  pilled and very finally  sliced

4 radish  sliced

1/2 cup crumble  feta cheese

1/4 cup  basil leaves

1/2 cup French’s real onion crisps

drizzle of extra- virgin olive oil

salt, pepper  for taste

Method :

Place the tomatos in the bowl and season with salt and pepper. Add  all ingredients and  toss  together with your hands. Taste and add a little more salt, pepper or oil, if needed. Serve immediatly.
