Three Berry Smoothies
Whip up a fruit smoothy for a quick breakfast or snack.Fruits especially berries,are full of antioxidants.
6 strawberries, hulled, halved
1/2 cup blackberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1 to 1 1/4 cups pineapple juice
1-2 mint leaves
1/2 cup ice
In a blender, combine the berries ,mint leaves and pineapple juice and process until smooth. Divide between the glasses and garnish each glass with mint leaves and blueberries. Serve immediately.
